This skirt comes from to Etsy designer, Nora Gonzalez, and it’s from her peacock collection. It’s been painted in purple, gold and copper tones. Nora studied graphic and Fashion Design in Argentina before moving to the U.S. seven years ago and recently turned to fabric painting.
